schedule required final completion of the project within 9 months of
the start of construction.
GJAI Consulting Engineers provided all
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and structural design services
for Motel 6. The systems required emphasis on low first cost, simplicity

Central Piping System Review
Holiday Inn
State College, PA
This project is one example of several
system reviews GJAI Consulting Engineers has provided for the hospitality
market in Central Pennsylvania. Our systems reviews typically provide
a general review of the building HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
A report is then generated providing recommendations to bring all systems
within code compliance and provide better energy efficiency, occupant
comfort and serviceability. Technical reports for these reviews generally
incorporate verbal descriptions of existing systems and remedial recommendations
along with schematic level design drawings. At the owner’s request
GJAI can provide construction documents for the designs.
